Carrier Setup Documents
At JATM Logistics Inc, we proactively monitor our Carriers’ safety, regulatory, and insurance compliance. We pay our carriers fairly and on time. We have a quick-pay program for those carriers that desire to be paid in one business day from the time of delivery.

Easy Quick Pay Option
Once we receive legible and completed, scanned paperwork from your end, service is made available within one business day of delivery with quick pay.
Carrier Requirements
- Must not have an unsatisfactory or conditional safety score.
- $1,000,000 general or auto liability insurance
- $100,000 cargo insurance
- Provide at least three trade references
- Completed W-9
